  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Paypal.

  • Can I include a note with my order?

    We do not offer this kind of service at this time.

  • What if I need to change my order?

    Once an order is processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing, shipping option or shipping address. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order if possible. The best way to change or cancel an order is to send us an email at hello@jimmylion.com.

  • I haven't received any order confirmation, is everything okay?

    Once your order is completed you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you haven't received any in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you can't find it, send us an email to hello@jimmylion.com and we'll send you a copy.

  • How do I apply a discount coupon?

    At the checkout page, after introducing your information, choosing the shipping and payment methods,you’ll find an empty box where you will be able to introduce the discount code. Once introduced, click on “Apply Code” and the discount will automatically be deducted from the bill.
