    • From our US online store we currently ship to the US. For other countries visit Jimmy Lion's international online stores.

    • We offer Free Standard Shipping in the US on orders over $65. The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout.

      Please note the free shipping only applies to orders that are over this value after all discounts have been applied. Remember this when applying a discount coupon because if you do and the new total is lower than $65, shipping costs will be applied.

      Standard shipping: Within 1 to 3 business days depending on the city of destination.

      We also inform you that according to your country's customs policies, customs duties may be added and collected before you are able to receive your shipment.

    • You can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also sign into your account on www.jimmylion.com using the email address and password you used during checkout. Your info is all there!

    • We're sorry to hear that your Jimmy Lion purchase didn't work out this time, but no problem! You have 30 business days from the receipt of your order to manage a return.

    • We currently do not offer free shipping on returns. The client chooses the transport company they will use for the return and is responsible for the return shipping costs.

    • Before getting the process started, make sure that all items are in the same condition as when you received them (unworn and with all the original tags and packaging). Also make sure that the return package is adequately protected for shipping.
      Now, all you have to do is download and fill out the return form by clicking here. Once it's been filled out, attach it to the package and send us this information through our contact form or to hello@jimmylion.com.

      IMPORTANT: We recommend you request tracking from the transport provider you use to return the products as we are not responsible for the loss or any other incident during the return process. With tracking, you can follow your shipment.

    • Once we have processed the return and verify that everything is in order, you will receive a refund for the total amount of the returned items, excluding the original shipping costs of your initial order.

    • We try to process returns as quickly as possible, but please keep in mind that it can take anywhere between 10 and 15 working days, after we receive the package.

    • It is not currently possible to modify the size, model or color of products in your order. In order to change your order, you must follow the normal return process. Once we receive the products in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount of the returned item or items.

      We do not admit changes for a simple reason and that is that we cannot guarantee the stock of your newly selected products by the time we receive your return in the warehouse.
      If you know exactly which new items you want, we recommend placing a new order parallel to your return, thus ensuring your desired product(s)' availability.

    • Our socks are manufactured using premium quality combed cotton. By combing the cotton, the short and breakable cotton fibers are removed leaving only the finest and strongest yarns. We also use a small percentage of elastane and polyamide to provide elasticity and resistance.

    • Our socks are manufactured in Portugal and Italy.

    • Using the hand-linked process, the stitches on both sides of our socks' toe seam are linked with a single thread creating a really flat and comfortable finish.


    • We recommend washing your socks with cold water and no bleach to preserve colors and maintain size and shape. They will last longer if you keep them out of the dryer. Colors will stay truer if you wash your socks inside-out. Avoid bleaching or ironing your socks. Avoid tumble drying. To remove the label from your new socks do not rip it off as this will damage your socks. Please remove it by gently pulling out the thread on the label using your fingers.
