This could be due to an authentication error when placing your order. Let us know via webform and we'll get to the bottom of why your order is pending.
I want to cancel my order
Because we try to get your order to you as soon as possible, we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed by our warehouse.

The socks I want are out of stock
We're constantly working to keep all of our designs in stock, as well as to continue bringing you new collections.
The most likely scenario is that the socks you have your eye on will be restocked soon. In that case, you will find a button to get notified by email as soon as that model is back.

How do I apply a discount coupon?
At the checkout page, after introducing your information, choosing the shipping and payment methods, there will be an empty box where you will be able to introduce the discount code. Once introduced, just click on APPLY CODE and the discount will be automatically be deducted from the bill.
My coupon or discount doesn't work
If you can't apply a coupon or discount code to your order, shoot us an email, including the code you're trying to use, through our webform. We'll be happy to get it sorted for you!
What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is processed by our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to quantity, sizing, shipping option or shipping address. We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order if possible. The best way to change or cancel an order is to send us an inquiry through our contact form.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I include a note with my order?
We do not offer this kind of service at this time.
I haven't received any order confirmation, is everything okay?
Once your order is completed you'll receive an order confirmation email. If you haven't received any in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. If you can't find it, send us an message using the webform and we'll send you a copy.
